I can recognize that from a human resource management viewpoint centered on employees, organizations emphasize their growth by offering opportunities that can improve their skills and knowledge through different programs and supplying mentorship to assist employees in their advancement. Ensuring that employees are acknowledged for their efforts and that the workplace is secure and healthy, as well as providing adaptable work arrangements. A more strategic HR management approach focuses on the overall business goals rather than managing day to day HR functions. This involves workforce planning, talent and performance management, and aligning HR systems with the organization’s needs (What is Strategic Human Resource Management?, 2024.)
