Human Resources Management is a professional and with the current organization and is relating to something else. Human Resources management is also considered for current and employees with the strategic techniques to fit the organizations. I think about how effective the training and staff development meetings are normally timed at 2-3 hours every meeting. There were some studies that were done and it shows that lengthy staff meetings were not effective or staff are overloaded and stress when they have to sit and it becomes to be a negative impact to perform their duties in a good manner. “If there is a solid and a unique   training and staff development planning that can give employees  a more sense of ownership in the roles and their future vision, long term goals with the organization. But if the company don’t care to learn and develop or growth, a lot of the employees will start looking for other jobs”. The CEO or manager of the company has to learn how to create unique jobs or incentives this will be a more receptive behavior and staff will want to stay.
